Do I need any special software for this class?
No special software is required! You just need a reliable internet connection, a web browser, and a working webcam and microphone. We will send you a secure link to join the live session upon checkout. (Note: You cannot use a mobile phone for this class per OSHA rules).

When do I get my official OSHA 10 Card?
Once you successfully complete the full 10 hours of instruction and pass the final assessment, we will immediately issue a certificate of completion. Your official, plastic Department of Labor (DOL) card will be mailed to the shipping address you provide at checkout within 4 to 8 weeks.

What happens if I miss a portion of the class?
Because this is a federally regulated program, attendance is strictly monitored. If you miss a portion of the class or your camera is turned off, you will not be eligible to receive your DOL card. Please plan to be online and stationary for the entire scheduled time.
